I've had haircuts in Philly, NY, DC, LA, CO, GA, hell even Mexico and Italy, but I've never been more happy with my haircut than with Alex at Grum Salon. He is not only a great hair stylist, but also an amazing listener. My time spent with Alex is ALWAYS well spent and worth while. Never been disappointed and never will be!

THE WORST – In my opinion, this is the worst salon ever. There is only one person in the salon, the owner. Seems that he can't get anyone else in to help him. After he cut my hair, my friends asked if my hair got tangled in a weedwacker. It was embarrassing as it was cut horribly. In my opinion, Alex needs to go back to school to learn how to cut hair. Again, in my opinion, he is the worst hairdresser I have ever known.

Always A Great Haircut ! – I've been going to Grum for 2 years now and have always received a great haircut from Alex. He is such a kind and caring stylist that takes his time and gives me what I'm looking for. I have recommended him to friends and they too were very happy. Previously I went to another place in Wilton Manors where I always got a rushed haircut and the guy used clippers to cut almost all my hair. Grum Salon is THE BEST! – Today, I raced to Grum Salon from Hialeah on an empty tank of gas to get my hair fix! I am a regular, every 3-4 weeks now for over a year. This is my spot! If I had more friends with any sense of style in or around Fort Lauderdale, I would drag them in to Grum! Alex is talented and funny and always has great videos playing. I highly recommend Grum Salon to anyone with hair. Grum is a jewel in Oakland Park; I am glad I found it!

Reported to Better Business Bureau – Jon 40 - pls stop lying about pittplay being a competitor. I am pittplay and I do not even have a salon. My comments are based upon 2 experiences that happened to me and my boyfriend. They are an actual account of what happened and also include my opinions about my experience at Grum. Simply the Best! – Alex is the best , and we speak from experience; we have been to many salons in the US, and Grum is the friendliest, most fun, and most professional. We have recommended many friends, all of whom have been pleased. Note that Pitplay has his own salon, so I imagine he is merely trying to discredit a competitor.

hairassment – Well I wrote the review entitled hair disaster, because is exactly what happened. The camoflauge treatement, in my opinion, was done incorrectly and the cut was absolutely aweful. But here's another thing. Today the owner of this salon confronted me about the review I wrote when I was in Macy's with my boyfriend.
