This doctor never seen my son before and gave him drugs. My son had a heart condition. He also drank. My son asked him for something that could help him not be so stressed so he gave him colodiphins the very first time he even seen him not checking his records. Nothing just freely gives drugs out to anyone. I feel he is somewhat responsible for the depth of my son because he continually gave him the medicine.

Have used Dr. Gruich for almost 20 years. His only goal is to actually help his patients. Has the skill, wisdom and discernment to do just that! Great doctor and a great man who wants to serve the Lord and his fellow man. I drive a good distance to see him - he is worth it!

If I was able to, I wouldn’t leave a star at all. He misdiagnosed my son and got mad with me for getting a second opinion and told me to continue seeing the other doctor. He’s too arrogant and should not be working with children. If you do not have a passion for the job you’re performing, you should have chosen another profession. He was very unprofessional because I was a concerned parent and knew something more was wrong with my child than what he was saying! with those so crazy during this Covid 19 I highly praise his Doctor and his staff! Gloves, masks, sanitizer, spray, has sick patients wait in their car and then nurse brings them in through the back door so no one in the lobby is exposed. Very efficeient Dr Gruch really cares abouthis patients. Asked me how I was spiritually???Wow, loved that! The receptionist lady was cheerful and singing , made me feel so at home! Kudos to you and your staff Kathy

i think Dr. Gruich is the GREATEST! The front desk was polite and considerte and got me in in record time (after I finished my paperwork as a new patient I only had to wait 10 minutes and that is unheard of in a Doctor's office these days!!) He was great and really took the time to listen to me but also asked me all kinds of questions about my life so that he could know me better. His nurse was so nice and the front desk lady (I think her name is Barbie) was doing 3 things at once and still managed to check me out in record ... read more

I have seen Dr Gruich in the past and he is a really good Doctor, however the front desk prsonnel need to be more polite and understanding to patients needs. I gave both my insurance cards the first time I visited the doctor, the front desk failed to file to both. I went in and did not have to pay a copay... why.... 2 insurances but next visit I was told to pay 80.00? A balance and copay? Why? I have 2 insurances. Refused to see me

I FELT SO GOOD WHEN I LEFT HIS OFFICE! I WAS SO NERVOUS BECAUSE I WAS NEW AND I FELT AT HOME IMMEDIATELY. STAFF WAS SUPER NICE (JOKE WITH ME & MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME). DR. GRUICH WAS SO HELPFUL AND KIND AND REALLY LISTENED TO ME (SAD TO SAY I'M NOT USED TO THAT IN A DOCTOR!!) AND TOOK TIME TO REALLY TALK TO ME. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

GREAT experience! I was a walk in new patient and the receptionist had my paperwork done in no time and when I saw Dr. Gruich, he was so helpful including talking to me about diet, spirituality and was right on top of my medical problems. He is definitely going to be my new Doctor!!!

This Good man is not in our health work provider network.. We love him anyway, we cannot afford a lot...but getting old, means getting help...If you need help, need someone to listen, pay what you have to pay...He is the real deal...
