Gruff's is a dinner only restaurant specializing in hand-cut steaks and 1/2 pound Angus burgers, cooked over open flames. We use only the finest meats, seafood, produce, herbs and spices. Always excellent food and great service. Had the Shrimp Scampi Special and it was great. The staff went out of their way to make my day truly special!
I wish I could have given them a 5. The place is cute, the staff very friendly. The manager was awesome. The food was not to my taste. Not enough ice in my drink. But my hubby liked the chicken. They did take my meal off the bill and bent over backwards met me know they were sorry.even offered me another meal. I will try it again.
Absolutely fantastic! We have been here several times & every time we have had fantastic customer service and phenomenal food! I love I can have Indian food & others can have American food. Its a great atmosphere!
Great food, great service. The manager came by to check on us. She was so nice and polite. We chatted for a bit. Love this place!!!
Went in there last night about 9:30 for wings. Ordered 25 and received 20. Was still charged for 25 as the "manager" wouldn't take it off the bill. Sorry honey but I could think of better things to do besides trying to screw you out of 2.50-3.00. Thinking your cook needs to go back to school and learn how to count. Lost my business for life. I will never come back. It's not the money. It's the principle. The customer is always right!!!
