I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT EXCELLENT FROM GRUFF'S AND THAT INCLUDES THE SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND GRUFF'S TO ANYONE ANYWHERE! THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
