My family has been cared for by this team for over 15 years. EVERY member of the staff is professional, responsive and kind. I have always been able to schedule same day sick appointments when needed. Nurse calls are answered timely. Office staff are prompt in sending or receiving records. Quality of care is excellent! Thank you for all you do in keeping us well!
Dr. Boeker and her staff are absolutely fabulous! Our 7 month old son who has had well beyond the normal scope of illnesses for infant or even a preemie. We have seen Dr. Boeker since his discharge from the NICU. We’ve recently moved out of the city and continue to travel back to see Dr. Boeker. She and her staff are trustworthy, compassionate and thorough. We never feel rushed and always feel confident and as though we are recieving the upmost excellent and compassionate care available. The entire staff is friendly, hardworking, and accommodating. I have never felt rushed in any visit with either Dr. Boecker or Crystal. Priscilla goes above and beyond in caring for our family. My kids actually love going to the doctor. The oldest even gets sad if I take the youngest while she is at school. So happy to have found Gruene Lake Medical 6 years ago!
Love the nurses and staff. Dr Boecker is thorough and doesn't rush. Love that she's not quick to simply suggest using Tylenol for everything. She gets to the bottom of the cause.
