Awesome place
Good place, full service Harley shop. Anything you need
Had a little bit of a bad experience but it wound up turning into something that was manageable .Thought I was going to do business with the manager and the service department made it better so I’ll continue to do business.
I went in this morning with my daughter, we were shopping for my husbands Father’s Day gift. The ladies were awesome!!! I didn’t get any of their names but they went above and beyond for us. Probably one of the greatest customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back in the future ����
I had what was probably the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in this particular Harley Davidson store this morning. My husband and I stopped before heading to the river so I could shop for a Father's Day present. My husband stayed in the car and I went inside - admittedly in river shoes, jean shorts, and a T-shirt with my bathing suit on underneath. I would like to start off by saying the staff is great. Never does someone pass you in the store or anywhere on the grounds that doesn’t ask you “ did you need anything is all good!!” I just purchased my second bike here! Albert was awesome and made my buying experience relaxing. Moving forward just picked up my plate. And again the staff aka Smitty Smith stepped up and finished my purchasing agreement. Honor and Great Integrity... I will send all my friends there. Thanks Mike
