My husband has been coming here for a few months to find a bike he truly likes and that he will be comfortable in. Chad has been his sales person and today (10/06/2018) he basically said that he was getting tired of my husband coming in and test driving and that he needed to buy something. The last couple times we have been here, he has been pushy about us buying. We will no longer be coming here to look for a motorcycle.
RecommendedOutstanding service throughout dealership. Doesn’t matter who you deal with there they are all outstanding

On my first visit, Jay greeted me right away, answered most of my questions in person and even more later on by telephone. I went back a second time for a test ride and a short time later I was ringing the bell as a First Time Harley owner. I’ll be back again soon!
I really like the service I receive at Gruene Harley. Not the closest since I live in Boerne but prefer Gruene’s service dept.
