Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
I was treated like a paycheck, not a patient. They called me back, pulled my tooth, then sent me on my way. The women behind the counter were very professional, yet the oral surgeon was very distant to say the least. The oral surgeon never once introduced himself even after having a tooth removed and having several follow ups due to a dry socket. I personally wish I would had chosen to go elsewhere. I highly recommend finding another oral surgeon.

Their staff is friendly and professional and make the whole experience that much better. The warmest of them all was Dr. Morris. He made feel comfortable and was open and honest about what would take place. He "held my hand" without physically holding it and made me feel we were partners in the procedure.
