No heat in the bathroom or 2nd bedroom, bathroom fan/vent doesn't work, dishwasher leaks all over, dryer doesn't heat up, no screens on 4 of the windows, cockroach infestation coming up through the plumbing and pipes, AC / heat thermostat taped in place; blows the breaker fuse once or twice a day all year long (and the fuse is located in a different apt so I usually dont have heat available while my neighbor is at work 11am-11:30pm). He's definitely a slum lord.
