Rented from him for a year and it was the worst experience ever had black mold throughout the place I let maintenance know and they did nothing it got so bad I reported him to health and human services
Horrible experience between not fixing things and continued 5 day notices for unpaid rent when rent was paid directly from my checking account. Couldn't even get a hold of someone to discuss the issue. Several emails were sent several phone calls to the numerous numbers they have. The last bs was when they had a unlicensed electrican come in my home and the city inspector had alliant turn my power off for being unsafe. Literally making it impossible to pay rent
Avoid renting from this place at all costs. The only thing they're good at is disrupting and unexpected turning people's lives upside down. Back in December of this past year, they purchased the place I live at. Fast forward to February of this year, without warning, they started removing the hot water radiator heating system we always had, and replaced them with cheap, dangerous baseboard heaters that didn't do anywhere near the job the radiators did.
