David and Jack Gruber have been an absolute pleasure to work with while living in their 1695 North Point building. They maintain their buildings well. Every week, cleaners come to clean the lobby and vacuum the communal hallways. Maintenance is a breeze - If there is an issue, it gets addressed within 24 hours and fixed ASAP.
