I had a recall on my Acura For fuel pump. On a Thursday they ordered the parts and we set up an appointment for Monday . An hour after I dropped it off that Monday I received a call saying they never ordered the parts. We rescheduled the appointment for that Friday. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and went back at 4:30pm When I got there they couldn’t find my paperwork anywhere. Turns out they lost the paperwork and my car was never done. I had my vehicle service today and Chris(in service dept) was very courteous and went above and beyond to help me with my service needs.
The staff and service was great.
Real nice people here
I was in need of a vehicle, the guy I dealt with was alright, but you can tell all he wanted to do was sell a car. I also referred my daughter to this place and of course they did the same thing, sold her a car, No referral fee as promised. All an all, I wouldn't buy here again. I believe my car was overpriced just as my daughter's was. The salespersons need more training.
