They participate in illegal business practices. Selling vehicles without proper authorization from the owners. The employees sell temporary license plates for profit, also illegally. Their negligent practices will have their license with the ***** ************************ under investigation for the rest of the year.

I came here to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle and was taken advantage of. I paid $2500 for a certified pre-owned check that wasn't performed. While driving down the highway, the driver door comes unlatched and the sensors show this. I have video as well. I traded in my vehicle and was told it was sold in less than half a business day to prevent me from returning the car in the alloted contractual time legally allowed. This practice is manipulative and underhanded at best and borders on legally negligent.

I can't think of anybody that I dealt with in a car purchase that didn't lie. The Ad they had placed with Car Gurus said the car had a GPS and Blind Spot monitoring which it had neither, they tried to blame this on Car Gurus and would take no responsibility for their actions. The car also had different brands of tires on it, this they did correct. I have serviced my vehicle here multiple times and have had ******************* with *******************. He is very informative and explains all the service language in detail each time I visit. I will definitely consider buying a vehicle from them when that time comes.

Grubbs Acura - Horrible customer service! I have purchased 10+ ******************************** over the years, all from *************************. The only reason I bought my 2022 Acura RDX at Grubbs was because they had the car I wanted on their lot. After my purchase, I asked Service Manager ******************* why I was getting less than 23 avg Hwy mpg when the sticker showed 27 avg mpg, I got 3 different reasons over a period of 3 plus months. 1) Dont expect that mpg during 1500-2000 **** break-in period. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle from this location. She drove out to the dealership where she spoke with *****. They took her key to evaluate her trade, and when she wasnt happy with their offer, they would not give them back. They held her hostage for more than 2 hours. This Acura dealership does not provide the level of customer service that I am accustomed to receiving at other Acura dealerships in the DFW metroplex! I found a used car I wanted to purchase.
