We love Grub! Service is always great and so is the food. Tonight there was a little miscommunication with our order. The staff went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure that we enjoyed our meal. Thanks!

Their food is usually very good, but tonight was a miss! The burgers had a burnt crisp and the fries were so salty! I wish they would get better napkins also! However, their customer service was great as always!
We held a give back night at Grub this week for the Alzheimer's Association. Far from me being a pro at this, I do have experience with this type of fundraiser and I can tell you that it was such a welcoming experience. When Grub says that they're giving back, they mean it. They made every accommodation and allowed us to bring in all of our fundraising tools and to speak directly with customers. Plus, they offered 20% of their sales to our association. We can't ask for much better! And did I mention the food🤗😎🤓
Great variation of burgers and other items for those not looking for meat on a bun. Very tasty shakes also. Highly recommend.
If I could give a zero I would. Walked in with my family and stood at the the counter for a good while before anyone ever even acknowledged us. The cashier was rude and had an attitude. Then the food arrived which was inedible. Sent back a burger only to receive a black burnt burger in return. $55 dollars for the worst burgers EVER! Do yourself a favor and save your money on this one.
