The food was good but the manager during lunch today needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson in customer service. The proper response to a complaint about food and service is not, "You don't have to say it again, I heard you the first time." Unfortunately, you only get one time to make a first impression & today, Grub didn't shine.
The burgers are awesome, great service and decent prices!!
I only like to go to Grubs for my drinks and burgers. That is the cleanest place I have ever eaten in and the wait staff is very polite and concerned about your dining experience. There isn't many places around where the manager will visit with you at your table to insure all is OK. The "Front Porch Burger" is the one we always order and the "spiked" shakes will make you cry for more.

Ended up here trying to kill a craving for a great burger... The Scorpion Burger and spiked mint chocolate chip shake hit the spot magnificently! We will most definitely be returning!!!
My wife and kids ate there once and never stopped talking about how good the food was. I finally got the chance to try them, and it was every bit as good as my family said. The restaurant was clean, the food was fantastic, the shakes were out of this world, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. It's pricier than most burger joints but the extra cost is definitely justified.
This place is very unique, the chef has a food stamp card and uses it to purchase food to save the company money AND have fresh produce used for only the best quality burgers.
One of the employees named Chad wouldn't stop looking at me.. It was weird a first but I quickly learned from another waitress that he was a homosexual man. I'm all for gay rights so we went to the gloryhole and had a grand old time :)
