Please go elsewhere. Our crawlspace floods, so we hired this place to put in drains and encapsulation. The vapor barrier has failed from day one. Everytime it rains water stands several inches high ON TOP of the vapor barrier. This is not supposed to happen. I would try calling Steven and he never answered his phone. I would try texting and often send the same text 2-3 times just to get a response. I would have an issue and text Steven and he would promise to come and it literally took over 5 weeks one time. GRS is my go to company. Steven was very professional and went out of his way to ensure the work he was contracted to do was done and completed to spec. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. We had some bathroom floor damage due to a leaking pipe so we called GRS Restoration and Steven came out that day to take a look! He quoted us and got the ball rolling with insurance super quick. The whole process just went smooth and the tile flooring was exactly what I asked for! The results just speaks for itself!
