The front office staff isn't qualified to work at walmart. They do not return calls, they do not take calls, they do not pass messages to the doctor. They ignore refill requests. 100% unqualified to work for a medical office.
Complete joke. I came here for many years as a teen and unfortunately at the time i did not realize my therapist was doing much more harm than good. She did NOT listen to me. She put words into my mouth every session. She pushed me into topics i was very clear i didn’t want to go into. I could not disagree with her…. If i tried to advocate for myself she would say i didn’t know what i was talking about because i was a child and she was a doctor. I honestly don’t know where to start with my review because I am just so impressed with the amazing team this practice has built. Everyone I met all had amazing personalities and you can tell they truly value their patients and employees. There is nothing better than walking into a practice where you are greeted respectfully and also see the workers all getting along. It is an amazing thing to see.
