Dr. Ross is amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars is the front office staff can be really rude to people. I wish some of the young ladies in the front would be more compassionate.
Dr. Penland and his staff are the best! Everyone I meet there is so friendly and helpful. I will be singing their praises to everyone I know. God has blessed Dr. Penland with a true gift with children as well as people. He has a special way to make everyone comfortable and at ease. My daughter had a bad experience today at her regular dentist office and we were kindly taken in by Dr. Penland and the procedure was done immediately. I have been so nervous about taking my daughter to the dentist. She had her first appointment today and EVERY single person we talked to in the office was amazing, sweet, patient and helpful!! Her hygienist was especially GREAT! My daughter had a lot of fears and she showed her everything and let her touch the tools to put her mind at ease! This is the best dentist office for kids. Everyone was so friendly and answered all of our questions honestly. Sara can't wait for her checkup in December.
My daughters first time ever going to dentist was today & I'm very pleased with how it went and how nice everyone was!!!! My daughter is still taking about her teeth and saying "they feel better."
