I can’t say enough about this AMAZING office! From the second we stepped through the doors until we left we were treated wonderful! The staff is professional & efficient. The appointment went quickly & we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes.
The staff here was excellent. My little girl was nervous and they did everything to accommodate and put her at ease.
This place is WONDERFUL!! I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this place was so great I had to share. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Penland, everyone was so sweet and nice. I was really nervous about how my 3 year old would do but they were so sweet and patient with him. If your child needs a dentist, this is it. The whole office is fresh, clean, and geared for kids.
They were FABULOUS with our son and his first visit. He has a few concerns, but they assured him they wouldn't do anything he didn't want or to hurt him. They have personal TV at every dentist chair, you sit in an open room with your kiddo, and my son's favorite, they have video games to play while you wait. Awesome staff and an ultra kid friendly place!
The staff is awesome. I wouldn't trade them for the world. My kids love Dr. Penland.
Took my 3 yr old to the Morganton office for the first time and everyone was amazing! We loved it and everyone was awesome! I will never take my kids anywhere else!! �
