I LOVE Growing Smiles, I recommend this practice to everyone. We drive from the west side to come here! From the moment you walk in, the waiting area is super kid friendly, and most importantly clean! My son loved jamming out to the Radio Disney hits playing in the background. The staff was SO patient and gentle with him, he's usually frightened to go to the dentist. My Granddaughter and I am so glad we chose Growing Smiles. The staff is great! Big shout out to Nakia. Every time we pass by my Granddaughter says”I wanna go back there!”
Dr. Frankel is amazing with all children even children with special/sensory needs. He has done wonders for my son through the years.
I had a really terrible experience this morning. i came in to have my sons cavities filled and Dr. Lee treated him in a totally obnoxious way. if you consider yourself a pediatric specialist, then you have to know how to deal with children. The way she threatened my son and spoke to him was completely uncalled for. She even pulled the toy that I bought him as a bribery out of his hands. I hope the office can do something to take care of this issue because the hygienists and other dentists seem really nice and friendly.
They were very professional yet warming to both my Super nervous Daughters!! I like how they asked them questions and showed them the proper way to floss, and how when the dentist was told that my youngest loves to read, she recommended a book for her and told her why it was her favorite !! Very engaging!!
Great new office for Dr. Frankel. Being going to him since I was a kid. Friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly environment, excellent customer service, and kid friendly! I would definitely recommend to other families!
