Went there for about a year as a court agreement for the kids. The one is munificent! Moreover, referred us to Coleman, I will not use Dr. before her name, she is absolutely the definition of deplorable.
We waited two months for this appointment only to have the counselor not show up. They have clients wait outside (it was 37 degrees this morning and a lady didn't realize she would have to wait outside with her young daughter in the cold.) There was a perfectly good waiting room they locked us out of. A speech therapist was kind enough to let us in and give my 3 year old some toys to play with while we waited for an hour for the counselor, who just didn't show up.
