My children have been going here for 12 years. Ever since they have become part of the Duke system, the care provided has been terrible. I no longer recommend Growing Child.

They do NOT return calls for doctor approvals to Pharmacy! Been waiting over a week for them to approve 1 that we are supposed to bring to our next visit. Second time this has happened too. From reading other comments I now see this is a horrible practice and something should be done about it! We are just trying to keep our children healthy!
I have been patient and as respectful as I possibly can with this clinic but I can’t sit here and take it anymore. We have had issue after constant issue with the Wake Forest clinic. From waiting an hour to an hour and a half for our scheduled appointments, to being scheduled for appointments at a completely different location without telling us, to cancelled appointments without notifications, to our son’s tonsil issues being ignored.
