This entity does not honour First Nations treaty rights. And they up charge $25 to the reservation. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Amazing place with wonderful kind staff. Took my 5 and 3 yr old grandchildren in to buy Mothers Day flowers for mommy. The 5 yr old had 2 loonies and the 3 yr had -a nickel. They chose some carnations. I tried to slip the lady a twenty but with a slight of hand she managed to refuse it. She took the coins and gave the children the pride of buying for Mommy. Even when the 3 yr old requested her coin back , she smiled and returned it 🤣
Highly discriminatory policies regarding First Nation purchasers. Ordered 24 dozen roses wouldn’t accept a picture of Indian status card through email or text. Even though we have 50 reservations within 500 kl Thunder Bay. Wouldn’t make any exceptions to accommodate in any way shape or form. If you’re indigenous I highly recommend not dealing with this establishment. In my opinion it’s unacceptable. Manager had the undertones of a racist.
Wow, I called within 2 hours of closing and they were still able to do same day delivery. Talk about exceptional service!! The lady on the phone was very friendly and the prices are fair. Thank you!!
Rude, I don't recommend. This was my go to for flowers but not anymore.
