After changing the time of one appointment, the system automatically canceled my recurring sessions without notifying me or my therapist. I only found out on the day of my appointment. Customer service explained what happened but was still unable to fix the issue or restore the appointments. Completely unacceptable for a mental health platform where reliable scheduling is essential!!!!
