The Grow Platform continues to make it difficult for clinicians. Instead of making improvements and listening to the needs of their counselors, they ignore them and make it worse. Go read the community site. For example: 1. It is impossible to get a live agent. Customer service is awful. You start with a bot, then you go on hold for hours to speak with a live agent.
