I truly enjoyed working with Silvana. She is warm, empathic, and a highly skilled clinician. I was unfamiliar with RRT and she took her time to orient me, so I knew what to expect during our session. I also liked that she spoke Spanish as I find it easier to explain certain scenarios in Spanish. I had sessions with Silvana to work on anxiety caused by many consecutive years of working a high pressure job while running my own business, which had me always on edge, irritable and lacking focus and energy to do all I felt I needed. I felt run-down, snappy with family members, and often overwhelmed. I saw Silvana for an RRT session to get help with parenting issues that kept nagging me. I felt frustrated, tense and often short-tempered when things didn't go as expected. Silvana's skillful guidance , kindness and positivity made me feel relaxed and I immediately felt comfortable with the process.
