RRT with Silvana was very helpful along with some other techniques she used to help with childhood trauma. She makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process, is very thorough, and explains the techniques every step of the way. She is a phenomenal therapist and I highly recommend her. Silvana is an amazing therapist and I highly recommend her. She cares about her clients and truly listens and addresses all your concerns. She is great at what she does and really wants to help others heal and not suffer anymore. If you are dealing with anxiety, ptsd, narcissistic abuse or anything that is holding you back from your full potential Silvana is the therapist you want to see. It will be worth it!
Difficulty to focus and concentrate to study I highly recommend Silvana. I have been trying to study to pass a certification for the past 1.5 years. Major Family illness, previous failure and difficult relationships were holding me back. I truly enjoyed working with Silvana. She is warm, empathic, and a highly skilled clinician. I was unfamiliar with RRT and she took her time to orient me, so I knew what to expect during our session. I also liked that she spoke Spanish as I find it easier to explain certain scenarios in Spanish.
