It’s a quiet complex but it’s frustrating because they are rarely in the office. I’ve went to the office several times at different times of the day, and the door is always locked.
I have lived here 7 and 1/2 years and in my opinion this facility goes far beyond most of the HUD facilities. I've had no bad experiences as far as people entering my homes without permission and I think that they go beyond trying to keep the place up it's rather large so if you have a problem it's genuinely gets taken care of.
