It finally happened, i dropped my phone and this time, the screen cracked. it also scratched the back right where the lense is so when i took pictures there was a fuzzy glair on the pics. i shopped around and found Grovertech to be the best priced. Other places i got an estimate on said it would take at least 2 hours to replace the screens, and thatnwould have been after a few hours becuase there would be a few to fix before mine. Was very grateful I found this store!! They fixed the charging port in my kindle!..works great..Then my screen broke on my phone..they fixed that as well! Fixed the kindle in less then an hour...phone in couple hours. Will come here again if I need service! Thank you Grover Tech :)
Excellent customer service! I took my phone in with a shattered screen and they had a new one on in just a few hours. They even let me take it back in with a small little issue with one of the buttons a few days later and figured out what was wrong. Very polite and helpful staff who know what they are doing. I was also impressed that they offer free bottles of water to customers, send thank you cards in the mail, and have such reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend to anybody having phone issues!
Very forthcoming & GREAT customer service! I hope it not necessary, but if I ever needed to, they'd be the first I'd call. Following up with a note is extremely impressive as well in my book. Thank you!

Great service. Technicians were knowledgeable and very good at explaining what was wrong and how to keep the computer in good working condition.
We were really impressed. The staff was patient, knew what they were talking about, and the services were very fairly priced. Not to mention how quickly we got our electronics back to us! We will be back!!
