I'm done. I'll not be returning to Dr. Grover's office ever again. The receptionist is the most rude, must unfriendly, most unhelpful person I've EVER encountered. This woman should never have contact with the public. Patronizing, snippy, disrespectful are not what you want the face of your front office to be, Dr. Grover.
