Groveport Canal Animal Hospital is definitely the best place I've ever taken my pets. They've taken care of our family's four canines, 27 hamsters, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 turtles and we have never received anything less than consummate care from the entire staff. They are professional, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. We appreciate the after care follow up calls to make sure our pets are on the mend. I would not trust anyone else. Absolutely the best!

Do NOT go here. I was charged an emergency $125 fee for bringing in my dog (who I thought was dying) eventhough the hospital was still open during normal business hours. (they are open until 7:00 pm, I was there at about 6:30). I was told on the phone as my dog was having a siezure that that fee might be waived. However when I got there, they never had any intention of waiving the fee. I feel I was bait and switched into coming in. I am so upset and disppointed with this vet. I will never... read more

The Groveport-Canal Animal Hospital is great. They are Professional,Compassionate and understanding. Dr Shapiro and Zablockas are wonderful, they truly care. I trust them completely with my dogs. The staff is very helpful and understanding. I wouldn't take my babies to any other groomer, Nina has been taking care of them for many years and does a great job every time.

The staff really loves animals. We have been taking our dog there for more than 8 years. She loves them (except for temperature time-of course). She has a chronic condition which requires her to be have medicine twice a day so we board her there when we go on vacations. She really likes it. The vet makes sure we understand when something needs to be done and what the options are. We feel comfortable knowing she is getting good care.
