Rented at $1325 per month in 2019-2020 for a one bedroom, ground floor unit. Bathroom ceiling fell in halfway through the year. Owner says that for that price we were supposed to have an A/C in the room. We didn't. Very shady business dealings and you won't be treated well despite them being polite.
The manager in this place is horrible! He will act like he will help you but absolutely not! He will waste your time completely 💯% tbh 🥵
What a horrible, disgusting place! The place is falling apart. The paint is peeling off the walls, molding is coming apart, doors stick,toilets never flush correctly, towel racks falling off the walls Neighbors maybe constant loud noise both day and night, and steal packages. Parking lots are not well attended in snow conditions and make for dangerous walking. Management does nothing to address tenant needs and is rude and unprofessional. Stay clear away! By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.
