Place is a joke. Our dog got hit and because he is not a regular client they would not see him. They don't have a problem taking our money when we buy their medicine. SMH. JOKE!
It's close by, very nice and they love the animals.
5 stars for the amazing Dr. Johnston, 0 stars for customer service. We have been there with my mare a few times now, and whenever I go to check in at the front desk, there is an older lady who is very rude. I cannot stand to interact with her as she has no respect for the customers and had the most unpleasant look on her face when she talks with people.
My family has been clients at Grove Veterinary Hospital since the 1980's. I have lived in Tennessee for almost 25 year's but always return to Dr. Johnson when visiting family in Liberty . Dr. Johnson and his staff is AWESOME ! I want to thank them for everything they have done for our 4 legged babies !
Dr. Johnston and Dr. Lisa are wonderful and my dogs love � them.
Friendly and professional! Very highly recommended.
