Receptionist is one of the rudest individuals that I have ever come across. After scheduling an appointment and showing up with the card that the receptionist gave me with my appointment on it, I was told that I was a liar and that they did not schedule the appointment. If you call to ask a simple question you will be belittled and spoke to like a criminal. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
RecommendedLove Grove Vet! Doc Johnston and Doc Lisa are wonderful and so caring. We had a scare just last week with our little Finn, he had a bad reaction to anesthesia. Doc Lisa did an amazing job working with him all day, and was so caring. Our boy is doing great now. Thank you so much,!

Thank you so much for your kindness this morning. It was a difficult time and you were so gentle and understanding. This popped up in my Facebook memories after I had left. The day Belle came home with us exactly 9 years ago today.
We had been going to grove for several years. This past weekend, our dog was attacked by a coyote. We called the emergency line, and when we received a call back, they apologized and informed us they did not have a vet on call for emergencies. They told us we would just have to go somewhere else. This in addition to not being able to get through by phone most of time has made it clear that it is time to switch. Thanks to Dr. Keaffaber in Connersville for helping us when our pet was injured.
The absolute best and most friendly place we’ve taken our pets. It’s an absolute blessing to have them in our community.
I’ve been going to Doc Johnston for 25+/- Years and most recently he saved our Waterboy when we thought he was just getting neutered he also had kidney stones and was in a bad way. Three nights later he’s home and doing good. Thanks for everything.
