have been a patient of Caroline freed’s for many years, and I am now looking for a new clinic due to the unethical billing practices. In October 2025 I had a yearly exam the charge was $333 for that exam. My insurance paid the majority of it because they pay for preventative. I was then told to make a follow up appointment in January 2026 for the prescriptions that had been prescribed to me. WWMG Carolyn Freed especially are/is amazing! They always find time to squeeze you in when you have issues. They are super responsive to calls. And I myself have had times when Carolyn has given me space to explain all my issues and offered both medical as well as homeopathic ideas. I absolutely recommend this clinic They know you by name and treat you like a person not a $.
I've been going to Grove for 6 years and they have always been kind, attentive and personable. Everyone is knowledgeable and on point taking patients time and health seriously. Thank you guys so much!
