I needed to replace my seat post to make the seat higher. I have an older bike, and I knew it wouldn't be easy to find. What to do? Enter Grove Street Bikes. A really nice staff member named Nelson was so helpful, he actually found the longer post to fit my bike. He put it on and adjusted it to the right height for me and I was good to go in about 10 minutes! What a cool place. They have so many bikes and accessories, and everyone there is so nice. I will definitely be back. Thanks for saving me, Nelson and GSB!!

Staff is always polite, I would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a bike this summer.
I was at a loss when I broke a screw for seat post clamp at 17:30 on the day prior to my biggest ride of the year, GFNY. Thank god!. Fortunately, I was able to bring the bike to the store before the store closes and met a very nice person who immediately said "let me see what I can do" and fixed the problem in time and saved me. He was very professional and efficient. It is unfortunate that they stop carrying specialized and focusing on GIant. But if I were to buy Giant, I would buy from them again.
Great place to buy your bike!! Service department is great and knowledgeable!! I will continue to go to them for my biking needs!!
