I love this apartment! I lived on the 18th floor and had the best view! If I didn’t get a job in California I would have stayed here for a long time. Great amenities, great pool, great people, very nice and welcoming community. Location is also stellar literally a 30 second walk to the grove street path station. The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious (722 sq feet) and newly renovated. Hands Down the best apartment for the price in downtown Jersey City!

My husband and I have lived in Grove Pointe for 4 years now (lease renewed twice so far) with no current plans to move. The building has its quirks, sure, but it’s one of the only reasonably priced high rises in the area, has a pool, a gym, and lovely staff. Tiaise, Brianna, Naim, Darrel, Rich, and Shawn in particular are always friendly, helpful, and focused on their jobs.
