I visited the establishment on Aug 21, 2026 to pick up a small table. On my way down, I was head out for the entrance to exit. An African American staff was absolutely unnecessarily rude by repeating to tell me to exit through the back. I asked why 6 times and each times he did not have the decency to tell me the reason and continue order me to exit the back door. It just the way he ignored and not have the decency to give me a reason is horrible. If a low level staff is that arrogant and rude, I can't imagine how unruly is ... read more

I’ve lived at Grove Pointe for a while, and what stands out most is how genuinely responsive the management team is. I recently reached out about the gym having only one adjustable bench, which meant residents were constantly waiting during busy hours. Raul Gallardo took the concern seriously right away — he reconsidered the original plan, ordered a new bench, and it arrived within days, exactly as promised.
