Maintenance is understaffed, so the property has trash everywhere and things don't get fixed. I've lived there for 2 years.The gates haven't worked 99% of the time. Cars get broken into constantly and stolen. You can literally never get a parking spot near your apartment unless You rent a covered parking spot. And if the lights out on it, don't ask them for one because that's your responsibility to change it out even though it's not a normal light that you can go pick up at HEB.
