We lived here for years seeing the transition from a polite property manager calling and emailing daily to make sure we rented the apt to that same individual ignoring reports of open drug dealing with lines of cars driving around inside the complex late at night stopping to interact with individuals who exited the same apartments, walked to the driver's side door briefly and repeat. DO NOT RENT HERE. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. On top of the property ALWAYS being full of garbage, the rent is entirely too high and they find ANY reason to add fees to the rent, they charge you $9 to pay rent with a debit card, you HAVE to have renters insurance or they’ll charge you $30 on top of your rent, they are NOT understanding and will not waive any fees even if it’s your 1st time being late or if you being late is due to them to not taking a payment out timely. Overall, this apartment complex is a nice place to live. The units are spacious and generally clean, especially since the new management took over. Maintenance has been excellent; requests are handled promptly, and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Being that said, make sure you fully understand all lease terms before moving in. I would like to thank Ms. Tammy and Mrs. Zarinah I was going through a ruff patch I couldn't pay my rent on time and I was robbing Peter to pay Paul.
