I had an excellent experience with Zarinah! I don’t live here yet but I showed up to the property with no appointment, and she was thorough, knowledgeable and patient as she walked me through the process and answered questions about the property. The apartment she showed me was beautiful and the grounds were quiet, clean, and family friendly. After speaking with the assistant manager, I wanted to revise my review. She was polite, friendly, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. While I was initially frustrated, I now understand that the issue was not the fault of the property manager. After our discussion, I felt heard and extremely satisfied with the outcome.
Very good experience with Zarinah, she is a good listener and problem solver. Hope she stays with Grove park apartment.
Had a wonderful experience here. Zarina is a great addition to the team! She is a wonderful listener and really tries her best to help out her tenants. She cares a lot about them!
