Karen in the front office was extremely helpful in keeping me updated with the status of my maintenance request when my A/C unit went out. Maintenance team was amazing as always and fixed our A/C first thing the next morning after I put in my request after hours. Zarinnah then called me to follow-up afterwards to make sure all my needs had been addressed and that made me all the more appreciative and thankful for all the front office/maintenance teams dedication and helpfulness!

This apartment complex has made a lot a changes. The new owner are gentrifying the complex. Pushing out the black Residents. By over pricing the tenants. Examples a increase in rent from 2100.to.2300.up to.4000. Per month.
I really appreciate how quickly my issue was addressed, and I’m grateful that the repair was completed just as swiftly. Thank you for your efficient service!
