I have recently relocated to Grove Park and am quite satisfied with my experience. The apartment features fresh paint, new carpeting, and modern appliances. Upon my arrival, Dilcia was exceptionally pleasant and personable, guiding me through the amenities, explaining how to use the portal, and providing information about local shops. The maintenance team here is wonderful. I have never waited longer than 1-2 days for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. Frank and Matt are always so prompt and willing to go the extra mile. Not to mention they are always so friendly!
I would like to thank Wanda. Who has been such a Blessing to me. She took her time, patience to walk me through the entire process. Wanda has went above and beyond my expectations. I'm sure moving forward into the future. My experience within this community and the professionalism of the Management and Staff will make a pleasant home life.
Be mindful when moving to Grove Park!! U get charged an extra 35 for a 2nd parking spot. No parking for guests. And hopefully u don’t have more than two adults in your house that drive because having another car will not work. If u go through financial issues they will charge 550 after 15 days. And before that 95 after the 4th day and then 55 days later and so on. No porch or balcony so u can’t sit outside in peace. No chairs allowed outside or grills.
