Find a place with better value. They raise rent every year by the hundreds. They claim its because of HUD median but I call BS because wages have not gone up. Only pricing. We make the same, why would Concord continually and annually increase rent like this to the point where it is almost unaffordable. And for what you get? The stairs and hallways are DISGUSTING and stained. They power wash maybe once a year and they never do everything, just the bottom floors.
