With the Christmas holiday approaching, I wanted to give a shout out to the staff that take care of us here. From the day I decided and chose to move here, I can honestly say, they made me feel like I was family. The staff responded to all questions and helped me settle into my new place. I've been here since February after living in a house for 15 years. You get about the normal amount of noise from your neighbors, and you can always tell when someone is having a small gathering, but for the most part excessive noise is NOT allowed. There is a clubhouse party room and pool for larger gatherings, but shouting voices and loud televisions and stereos are not allowed. The well-maintained grounds and buildings appear designed around the naturally-wooded landscape.
My husband and I recently moved to Grove Park Apartments. We are very happy that we made the choice to rent here. Everything is clean and works well and the staff and management are extremely sweet and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and the amenities are perfect. I recommend Grove Park Apartments to anyone who wants a peaceful and non-stressful place to live.
The worse place I have ever lived. They make false promises to get you moved in like saying they will fix things and never ever fix them. I lived there 13 months and they never fixed things on my move in inspection. They leave notices on your door all the time with rude messages but don't fix the fire box in the breezeway that beeps every 24 hours and WE have to reset it daily because it's so loud. Me and my husband love it here.everyone is so nice to us.me and my husband had to move into apartments because of special circumstances. This is the best apartments we have lived in.thank-you for making this feel a little like home.

these are by far the worst apartments that I have lived in in Columbus! Maintenance and management are absolutely no help and do not care about the people that live here. They are very good at keeping up the grounds I'm assuming only because they can't get maintenance to fix any issues that you will have in your apartment!
So hurt that Vicki passed. She was an AWESOME property manager!!! GP, keep her legacy of being genuine to the residents, and showing love!!!
