RecommendedMy husband and I will start moving in on the 26th of January, it was a very rushed process. When we decided to sell our condo, we never expected it to sell in one day and the people buying it wanting to close and move in 3 weeks. Absolutely gorgeous complex with great staff and amenities. We found this place as a last minute apartment due to some other issues we had and now we wish we would have started with this place. Love it here, feels safe and like a true community! If you ever need anything ask for Christina she is super sweet and helped us out tremendously!
I was told an apartment was available that was not . I went home paid $65 application fee , submitted my pay stubs and was told that everything “Looks good”. I was then told that the apartment I applied for is not available. Gave me a later date for another apartment , I accepted . After calling multiple times I did not hear from anyone to continue the process . I finally got someone on the phone and was told that the later date apartment was not available . I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years! Unfortunately, we are moving to Texas and have to say goodbye. I must say that the staff here is wonderful!! They have always been so courteous and kind to us! They are super easy to talk to and anytime we needed something or had questions they were always eager to help! Shout out to the maintenance crew here as well!!! They would go into detail of what was wrong and how they fixed it. It gave us a peace of mind and always had sincere conversations with us! Awesome staff, Tracey has made this the best apartment renting experience ever. Moving from a long distance has its own challenges but when you have such great staff on the other end it has made its awesome! Thanks for everything, we can’t wait to get there on the 29th!

We thought when we moved from Greystone at Riverchase we wouldn’t be able to find a better place to call HOME! We were wrong! Grove Park put the L in Luxury! Besides all the great amenities... this place has a sweet spot for everyone! It has a Smith GYM in the Fitness room for my teenage son and my wife and I just love the view we have over our balcony... definitely an extended living room! Plus, each of the staff member at the office are beyond nice to take care of all your needs! Valet trash pick-up was huge not to mention... read more
