Terrible. Landlord constantly make excuses to come inside. Their no pet policy is also a joke. I had a cat there the whole time. Place is very small, comparable to a sardine can. It is also located in the most boring village in the world, Middlefield. Nothing but inbred hicks and amish. Avoid this place!
