Quite possibly the best doctors’ practice in Geelong. Dr Jabina is 5 stars! Caring. Empathetic. Thorough. Personable. She’s fantastic. You won’t go wrong seeing Dr Anil or Dr Francis but if you see Dr Jabina you are on the winners list. She Is undoubtedly the reason I’m alive today.
Rude and poor customer service from reception staff . Very abrupt and unprofessional way of approaching patients. I once forgot to pay for my son’s telehealth appt, i have been seeing Dr. Anil and Dr. Das for all our family appointments from last 3 yrs. Reception staff rang me and informed me that “ I won’ t be getting any appts in the future if Iam not paying straight away. She was the worsest receptionist I ever met in my whole life.
