I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Naveen Mohan today when I visited with my 12-day-old newborn baby. During the examination, he checked my baby's eyes with his bare hands without sanitising them or using gloves, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and infection control. In addition, when my husband requested a carer's medical certificate for his workplace, the certificate provided by the doctor was inadequate and did not contain the necessary information. Best doctors and receptionists you could ever ask for. Our family have been seeing Dr Anil, Dr Jibina and Dr Francis for many years. It’s quick and easy to make an appointment through the Health Engine app. All of these doctors are so caring, patient and they take their time to help you identify what you need in terms of tests or to have a referral written up. I love how there’s a clinical labs at the clinic as well. Very handy!
Dr karpilly brilliant doctor able to address medical problems efficiently and effectively. The reception ladies always smiling,very kind and professional.
Avoid Dr Mohan, wasn't interested in my health, didnt even examine me but proceeded to suggest possible invasive surgery? To be asked if i would like my bloods taken?? Eh your the doctor. I left in shock!
