Grove Eye Care, please answer your phone and reply to messages. I have been calling daily and this is ridiculous that the customer service has been non-existent this past week at both locations. I was told that I would be followed up on in 9 days and it's been a week past that. I called to ask about the follow up when I never received a call and was told I'd receive a call back once they talked to the doctor but I never did and haven't been able to reach them since. My husband got an eye exam and contacts last year, he was thoroughly impressed initially, however, about 3 weeks ago he was on his last pair of contacts and his right eye contact tore. Keep in mind this was very close to his next appointment with them. I called to inquire about getting one singular contact for his right eye so he could.. you know.. Extremely dissatisfied that Grove Eye Care does not provide a prescription with a required measurement - so basically you are forced to buy glasses from them..?! What a scam!
