No one wants to get the news they need to be scanned because something is wrong with their liver and it’s affecting their health. Grove Diagnostic Imaging made this process a positive and pleasurable experience with their constant communication through email, text, and phone call. Really helpful staff makes this exam an pleasant experience
I have a hard time with them treating me like I'm stupid. ex: I was told at one point that my midical care would be decided by my doctor not me. And that was the radiologist. this time I was in to get an ultrasound of Baker's cysts. The technician obviously had no idea what she was supposed to be doing and I explained to her what a baker's cyst was and where they were. But she went to get someone else to advise her on what to do and did what that person told her to do apparently. She then proceeded to look for veins and came... read more
