I was told to come in at 6:30 so I didn’t have to wait. I arrived at 6:10pm and there was no receptionist. I was told that I had to go across the way to the other building where the receptionist was and check in then come back to building 101. I am a bit disabled and walk with a cane and told the tech that I couldn’t walk over there and back. She was very kind and offered to take my information next-door.
