I strongly advise against working with George Hassan, either as a landlord, realtor, or loan officer. We rented a home from him for three years and always paid rent on time. When we informed him that this would be our last year because we were planning to buy a house, he said we could only break the lease early if we purchased a home through him — and added that condition into the lease. George Hassan is an unprofessional and dishonest landlord, realtor, and loan officer. We rented from him for 3 years, always paid on time, but he refused to sign a document confirming this. He delayed lease renewal for months, added illegal conditions to the contract, and now refuses to return our deposit. He stopped communicating when we chose not to buy a home through him. Avoid working with him.
