I was referred to grove body shop by my insurance. When I went in for an estimate, Tony was very friendly and inspected the car right away (yes he took care of me right away) and gave me an estimate for my car.

The work was beautiful (new rear bumper, trunk lid, and trunk interior, and work on the quarter panel). Paint matching was perfect, the doors and trunk closed easily and securely, and all panels and doors were perfectly aligned with the standard 1/4 spacing. The car is literally better than before the accident, as they fixed several dings on the passenger side doors that were not even involved in the accident. I came in without an appointment for a quote. I was helped by Tony. It was really nice of him to squeeze me in and take a look at my car even though they were busy. Most importantly, I feel like he listened to me and took into account what I needed. What a class operation! That's why they have so many awards of recognition. In business almost 40 yrs. Family business and family atmosphere. They are even open on Saturday! The pricing is very fair. And the work is phenomenal. They even detailed it prior to pick up. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!
This is a great body shop. I recommend them to anyone that I know. They do great work with fast efficient service and reasonable prices. More importantly I think, they are very trustworthy. Small details customer service details like a handshake when you leave make it feel like you are more than a business transaction.
