Will not fix anything, dogs tuning around loose, very rude and liers
The last review was complaining about the power being turned off and having a 3yr old, I live here and it's better than most apartments. They turn off your power when you don't pay your rent or power bill! So be a RESPONSIBLE parent and pay your BILLS, its not their place to take care of YOUR child! As far as maintenance, yeah, they have been slackers but they are getting better since the change in management.
not recommended because of previous experiences- they will turn utilities off when the temp is in the singe digits even if there is a 3 year old living there. maintenance is in no hurry to fix any thing- some dectectors don't work- doors don't close and lock properly.
