Because the Grove people do not open the pool up for people and I love the place that I live in and good school
No one followed the rules out there kids hitting your house and stuff I just didn't feel safe out there by myself
This place is the worst. Run down covered in mold bugs and bad Management! WAY OVER PRICED! Do yourself a favor and find something else
Management is very rude and unprofessional. I went in to speak with management about our financial situation and instead of being taken to the back office Mrs. Joyce put my business in front of a couple of other tenants. Very unprofessional and uncooperative.
They are liars....How in the world you advertise a move in special of $99 and when you call they tell you it's $499 to move in....I'm not crazy that is false advertising I don't care how you explain it that is not a $99 move in...$200 for the lease get a fucking life $99 to move in and the rest for 1st week rent that shit don't make since!!! It's don't add up!!
