I have been taking my cat here for quite some time. Mostly for check ups and occasional illnesses. I had always felt they were transparent with their pricing and offered options. They were always gentle with my cat when checking his vitals, etc. but the reason I am giving three stars is the nature of how I received news of my cat’s kidney condition and the claim that he only had a few months left and outside of changing his diet there was nothing we could do besides manage symptoms with medication.
